"No ironing board and pillows were small and not enough on the beds... It was convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping and not far from city hall."

"Plan for parking expenses! A major chain can and should negotiate a contract with surrounding parking lots to offer their guests reasonable/ affordable daily rates. Or perhaps partner up with the city to offer options. Asking guests to pay $44 dollars per night for parking is unwise. That money can easily be spent in the many local retail and services offered with the perimeter of this property (I.e. convention center). With that said, I enjoyed my stay. And, I really enjoyed experiencing...
