"We received a warm welcome during our overnight stay. Hotel room was spotless but a little cold. Temperature couldn't be raised above a set point of 21°c and was quite cold when the heating went off during the night. We dined at the hotel which was good but again public areas were cold. It was bitterly cold but hey it's the winter and we'd expect public areas to be heated to a conformable level without the need for a coat. When we entered the bedroom there was a stench coming from the shower...

Hot tub was a welcome addition and although the property is about 45 mins from the airport, hiring a car is easy and affordable and then you have much better access here to other spots on the coast. 5 star, would stay again, and thank you to Niall and Janeen for their hospitality. "Firstly the staff on check in were amazing. Couldnt have been anymore helpful. The facilities are the best ive ever seen. The range of eateries on site are top class. We got a Woodpecker delivered to our sheppards hut and it was delicious. The Sheppards hut itself is outstanding. So comfy and homely. We could live here. Cant wait to get back and stay again. "
