"Ruby holds it down at the front desk! I love this hotel for price, quality and conscience. I’ve stayed in the past and my room is usually spotless. This past visit I think they forgot to clean the shower floor and bathroom floor. There was hair and glitter. River North for you.. but I didn’t say anything because I checked in late and I was leaving in the morning. If I was staying longer I would have had it cleaned or switch rooms."

"There was only one elevator working on a very busy Saturday night. It took 5-7 tries to get on an elevator to go up or down because each time the elevator car was extremely full. We took the stairs a couple times and we were on the 10th floor - not ideal. Also the nearly see through door to the bathroom was strange.
