"Front desk didn't tell me not to put my cards near my phone or they would be deactivated. So at ten p m I found out my door carts weren't working. We had 2 shower towels for 4 adults. And they never came in to clean in between our 2 day. Stay or give us new towels plus never told me that we weren't getting the room cleaned in between."
