"This was a unique experience. Staying here was like being an old film. We had a view of the Alhambra from our room. The room was oddly shaped, and we even had a loft that we did not use. The room was rather small, but functional. The mattress was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The our bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel is a great location (the Albacin neighborhood is just put the steps). The street below is noisy, but the double windows drowned out the noise when fully closed. You need to climb up about 50 feet of stairs to get to the hotel building. We had no problem with this, but we ran into some older folks that did. "

"A very modern hotel within walking distance of the main attractions in Granada centre. Very clean and housekeeping gave a good prompt service. Staff at reception excellent and always willing to help. We did have any food at the hotel so unable to comment."

"The staff is amazing and the hotel rooms are spacious , clean and very comfortable. We experienced the country blackout event during our stay and the staff was very supporting and safe at all times !! Parking is very convenient. Highly recommended. We were 3 couples in 3 rooms and 1 senior couple and accessibility was provided "
