"The decor in the lobby was lovely. Staff were friendly efficient. Secure parking was great though with a large car, a bit of a challenge. Slightly hard to locate at first glance. Go past the main building & sharp turn right immediately down a narrow steep ramp. Liked the coffee machine in room. Only complaint no plugpoint next to bed to charge phone. Will definitely use again. "

"Beautiful apartment built incorporating the ancient city wall. Wonderful rooftop terrace with views of Alhambra...stunning sunsets. Small kitchen, comfortable bed and small balconies with view of Alhambra. Great location (not in walking distance of train station id you are rolling luggage!)...bordering Albaicin district, close to Alhambra and restaurants. Juan was attentive and we would absolutely recommend. Would love to add photos but that option on Hotels.com never works!"

"The hotel staff are great, the breakfast bar is fantastic, the room was generous sized & the bed & pillows were very comfortable. But there are a few negatives. The room could definitely get some talc, the flooring was broken away in spots, the tub/shower was hard to contain without water ending up all over, which resulted in some of the trim being wet & rotted looking over the years. Part of the reason we booked this hotel is because they showed an indoor pool & hot tub. But when we went to use...

"Sweet little apartment just off the Cuesta Gomerez. Amazing Views from the balconies. Very close to Plaza Nueva. I want to live here!"

"Very nice room for the price--clean, smelled good and the heater worked great for keeping the chill off. A little ways from the city center, but close to bus lines that made it easy to hit downtown. Good free wifi in the room. There was also a small cafe on site where you can buy a light breakfast--coffee, churros and hot chocolate etc."
