"The property was quiet peaceful, parking and check in and out was easy. We stayed here on our Honeymoon 28 years ago and have been back several times since. However, it could use some updates especially the bed and pillows. Our room AC was not on when we got there so we had to turn it on and cool the room down which took a while since it was July. The floors seemed to be uneven and carpet was dated. "

"It was nice to be able to spread out with my kids. This place can comfortably sleep 6 in 3 different bedrooms, but the living room only has seating for 5 and the kitchen just has dinning space for 3 (unless the weather is nice, then there is loads of seating on the deck).The road there is steep and winding. It is close to gem mining, the alpine coaster and the open section of the Blue Ridge Parkway.We had a crew show up unannounced to measure something because the homeowner didn't tell them the unit was occupied... but we were also waiting for someone from Vasca because the roof leaked during the storm."

"Nice cabin. Had everything we needed. Especially appreciated the extra blankets and pillows! Comfortable living area furniture. We enjoyed using the fire pit and sitting on the deck. Nice area, easy to get to. we visited grandfather mountain, beech mtn and Dollywood. Plenty of shopping and activities nearby. Would stay again!"
