"Really professional staff, and everyone was so friendly, a credit to the hotel. Quiet surroundings. Exceptionally clean. Lovely comfy bed. Right in the heart of Bournemouth and easy walk there and back. The breakfast was superb, so many options and delicious hot food. I’ve never seen such a range of food. Also the hot breakfast was available up until quite late for a hotel. Would definitely recommend. "

"Ok stay, lift was broken on one side so had to use one lift to 2nd floor then go up one flight of stairs. Lift did take long time so just walked up 3rd floor. Hotel and room dated. Big room lots of space and big bathroom with corner bath bit dated too. Didn’t have breakfast or use bar or swimming pool so cant review. Manage to get car parking space too. Would stay again "
