"Great and helpful staff, all-inclusive full choice breakfast options, attached to Terminal 4 (limited outdoor place to walk as its part of the airport) however access to lots of shops and other Terminals. Preferred this Holiday Inn to the one off site on Bath Row - next to the Staybridge (Staybridge was better)."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel! We received a warm welcome upon checking in, given a delicious drink and our room was perfect. The sofa bed had already been pulled out and the bed made for us so we could enjoy both beds in the room with no effort required. The TV system, air con/heating, room amenities and bathroom were all just perfect. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant and the vibe and decor of the downstairs area is so industrial and quirky, we loved it. We had an amazing nights sleep before our early start to catch our flight from Heathrow. This hotel is 100% the only hotel we will consider for any Heathrow airport stays we need and we will be recommending it to everyone we know. "

"Sofitel is close to terminal 5 making a quick layover stay convenient and no need to go outside to locate a shuttle bus. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was fluffy and high end. Great amenities in the bathroom. The only small criticism is the shower tile floor was very slippery. "
