This house looks small and then you walk inside to an amazingly laid out floor plan. 2 main bedrooms, living room, dinning room and full bath, the kitchen has everything you need along with a dishwasher. The "game room/ sitting room" was truly a perfect fit! We found that the love seat, additional chairs and recliner was where we spent most of our time. "We came to Grand Rapids for a wedding and had a wonderful experience. The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and decorated so cute. It was also a great location we were mintues away from the wedding venue and salon. We also got to enjoy the zoo that was mintues away as well. Overall great experience and the host couldnt have been nicer she even had candy delievered to us for us to pass out because we arrived on Halloween.😊"

"Charming cottage on the Grand River. Peaceful, relaxing setting with so many choices how to spend your time from watching a movie on a big screen TV, kayaking in the river, cycling on a bike path and more."

"The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the place was well-appointed overall. The parking is marginal, though, the driveway in is very rough, and parking in the back while only being able to unlock the front door is very inconvenient."

"Great property, everything we could want for a week stay. Hot tub and sauna were excellent, there was even enough kayaks, paddle boards and a paddle boat so all of us could be on the lake at the same time. We really had a great time as a family and would love to stay here again."

"The tiny house is adorable. However, we did not have an iron, something most travelers don't bring. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which was appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed the beautiful view. There was not enough coffee and for coffee lovers, it's a must. "

"This is, by far, one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed in. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. It was a short driving distance to many attractions. This time, our visit was just the two of us, but I could absolutely see us returning with our kids for a family vacation."
