The BEST in Seoul.

"From the moment we stepped off the taxi to check in, our experience of The Shilla Seoul was nothing short of impeccable. I've stayed at many top hotels in Seoul and Tokyo. The Shilla Seoul is up to the level of Ritz Tokyo or Okura Tokyo, which I consider the best of the best. Every member of the staff is kind and respectful, and willing to go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Rooms are classy and clean. Some may say this hotel is old. But it aged like a legend. This is the BEST hotel in Korea IMHO. "

Nice room and excellent service

"The room was very beautifully decorated and the kids adored the room. When we checked out today, we asked the reception if we could buy the soft toys in the room, the lady was saying it was not for sale. She then surprised the kids by giving them two small soft toys (from the same theme). I did not notice her name as we were rushing for the airport. Thank you to the pretty lady receptionist for the nice gesture (happened at 5:30am on 28 Dec 2024). "
