"Great hotel ,really good restaurant . Only negative no lift which makes getting to your room on the top floor after a few drinks interesting ! . "

"Stayed overnight for Stansted airport. Lovely room left too soon as to see the area but felt cery warm and inviting. The staff on reception super helpful"

"Nice hotel, clean, warm welcoming. Location for Colchester excellent Breakfast lovely, tasty and plentiful, cooked or continental on offer. Rooms spacious, warm. Only low point was no daily housekeeping, so had to replenish tea, coffee, milk from breakfast area, not a real problem lots to pick from there."
