"We loved the space especially the outdoor space and game room. Both spaces were great for un winding after the activites we had planned.The kitchen has more than what you would ned to make meals and the hot tub is in a quite place to lac."

"This large and beautiful home with a separate space was very clean and has spectacular views of Lake Rotorua. The house is located off a main road - with some noise from large trucks (felt some vibrations to the house unless it was due to small area/geothermal tremors?) The garden of wisdom is absolutely amazing and worth the walk up and down to the lake. We were able to use the kayaks for a small time frame and wish there were beach towels available for use as we had to use our own bath towels to dry off. The Air conditioner unit is located in only the main living room which did not really help to cool down the bedrooms. We could not open any windows or doors during the night due to the seasonal lake flies coming out at dusk as they are attracted to the light. Ceiling fans would have been a major plus. The toilet was separate from the shower which helped with usage, however, the spaces were a bit confined. Overall, the house is a great space and provided wonderful views of the lake."

"Beautiful location, so peaceful and relaxing being right next to the lake. House was great with the big deck looking out across lake Rotorua. Kids had a blast playing in the safe shallow lake and on the jetty, the kayaks were brilliant too. Loved being away from the main city but close enough to get to all the great attractions, Ngongotaha township is a neat wee place with a nice fish and chip place and cafe too. Would definately stay again!! Many thanks Molly"
