"this was a perfect location in central hanoi right next to the lake. perfect for morning strolls just a 3-4 min walk from the hotel. the hotel also had free breakfast on the top floor. the room we got was perfect for 4 people and very modern and spacious. service was great! the massage though was just alright."

The room's gorgeous, comfiest bed and pillows I've found in Asia so far. Breakfast had a great selection, eggs cooked how you like, and a fancy coffee bar. The gym was fine for weight training. We skipped the spa as it was a bit too pricey, and a bit chilly for the pool. Some street noise, but quiet after 10 pm. I'd totally recommend...
