"It was our first time staying in Hanoi and we had the best time. Our hotel was exceptional, the staff was really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure me and my fiancé were comfortable and took care of everything we needed. The rooftop bar was our favorite, the drinks were the best we had.
