We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very attentive, especially Alex the concierge. We had many questions, as it was our first stop/city in Vietnam and he was so kind and helpful. We were heading off to ninh binh after Hanoi, and Alex helped us arrange a bus to get there. Hanoi is a very busy and noisy city, and the hotel is tucked in the alleys slightly away from the chaos. The room windows are completely sealed so we did not hear any of the street noise, it was amazing. We rented a scooter from the hotel and it was convenient to travel to all the popular locations. We would highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay. Great staff, comfortable beds, quiet, good air conditioning, plenty of choices on buffet breakfast. Several good cafes on the street. Booked another night for when we returned from Halong Bay. Not the Ritz but very good value and all you need for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is quiet and a short walk from the shops. It’s easy to get a taxi, and the staff are happy to help. The hotel looks small from outside but has plenty of room inside, good for groups. You’ll take nice pictures there, and the breakfast has lots of fruit.

Everything is so smooth : -The room is great, it’s relatively large enough to accommodate a couple with a few suitcases, fully furnished, and clean because it is cleaned every day, it’s also quiet. -Breakfast is very good, you can freely choose from a variety of dishes. The restaurant area is very spacious and provides an exquisite backdrop for photos. -The staff are excellent, always ready to help customers with hotel services or provide useful travel information. In particular, Alex Tran arranged a high-quality Halong, Ninh Binh, and Sapa tour. -This is a hotel worth choosing and offers good value for money.

Everyone here speaks English very well and is incredibly friendly. Getting around is easy. You can take a leisurely walk to the lake and find plenty of great places to eat. Plus, the rooms are new and absolutely beautiful.

Overall, it’s great value for money. We got a great room that was clean. The facilities are also very good. The service is really worth mentioning; from the reception to housekeeping, they work really hard but with a smile. Big shoutout to Sophie from the front desk! I returned from my trip to Ha Giang at 4 am, and the two guys helped me check in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. I woke up at 9 am and had a great breakfast.

The warmth of the hotel staff adds a personal touch to your stay, Alex Tran, Tony, Helenne, Duc all extremely friendly. Their check-in process was swift, the welcome was heartfelt, and the assistance they provided was invaluable. I like vietnamese tea and coffee here, very fragrant. The room is large and clean, the mattress is soft. The hotel looks quite small from the outside, however the inside is spacious. Breakfast with lots of veggies starts at 6 in the morning.

Worth the price, they arranged a room for me on a high floor that was extremely quiet; the mattress and pillows were very soft, making sleep very comfortable. They introduced me to a great tour on a nearby boat, which was a clean and modern means of transportation.
