PERFECT STAY

It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! I highly recommend it. The service from the entrance to the restaurant to the spa to the room service, laundry was outstanding! I will certainly come back to this hotel next time I will be in Vietnam.

Rude and impatient check in staff.

When I checked in with prepaid, the front desk insisted I did not pay. Even after I showed him my receipt, he still insisted I never paid. He was very rude and impatient about it. When I checked out, they then said I already paid. The check out staff was very friendly and polite. I have stayed here a few times before and the check in staff were always very friendly. Except this time, the check in staff was very rude.

No problem at check-in. Requires card to go to your floor. Overall, room is big and comfortable. Usb port at the desk is broken though. Tried dinner at the restaurant. Communication and quality need improvement.
