This is a little gem of a hotel and in such a picturesque part of Hanoi near the cathedral and off a very charming street with lots of cute restaurants and shops as well as historic buildings and beautiful trees. Nearby is a convenience store and its easy to catch the bus from here to other parts of Vietnam as well as easy walking to the lake and all the amazing sights of Hanoi old quarter. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well maintained and the host was so extremely helpful to me. I was really happy i found this place and i already booked it for my return trip into the city

I stayed here for 5 nights because I had no choice and all hotels were booked til December. The location is great to many restaurants and shopping. The wify was terrible and cleaning not good either. I cannot emphasize enough, DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the worst hotel service I have had in my life. There were bugs in the beds and the bathroom yet the staff did nothing about it. They did not give me a refund and were particularly rude when I brought up the issue. I would stay anywhere else. It’s disgusting and the service makes you want to never come back immediately. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE
