Amazing cabin with all the little extras
Comfy cabin with everything topline. Loved the sunroom and the steam shower. Daily watching deer feed and stroll through the yard below. Gus wasn’t happy about it but he still watched through floor to ceiling windows.

Peaceful getaway
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house. The steam shower was so wonderful and those heated floors felt amazing in the morning. My favorite spot was the incredible sunroom and the views from there. My morning coffee was extra special in that spot. It was just the right break for us.

Exactly what we needed
We made an impromptu decision to stay here to break up our 16 hour drive home from vacation and it turned out to be exactly the right spot to wind down from vacation before returning home. A little secluded but we picked up all of the groceries and wine needed so we didn’t have to venture out much! It was also suitable for working a couple of days with good internet connection! The views and space were great!

Lots of deer
Beautiful cabin! We loved the steam shower and the cabin was very clean and organized with everything we needed. It was great to sit on the deck and watch all the deer roam the property. The cabin was a short drive to Harper’s Ferry where we spent time hiking and then returned to the cabin to relax by the fire pit. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend!

Very Nice Getaway Home
The home is a small, tidy and attractive house about 25 minutes south of Harper's Ferry. My wife and two adult children had a nice day of hiking and exploring around Harper's Ferry and then drove to the property. The house has a good kitchen, a very modern bathroom and two good-sized bedrooms. There is a nice enclosed porch in the back where we had dinner and worked on a jigsaw puzzle. You get a nice down-slope view from this porch. I did expect it to be a little more isolated (there are many houses on the hillside), but you have a lot of space between the houses. The area around the property is filled with natural beauty. We went to the wildlife preserve nearby and waded out into the Shenandoah. The river and the green hills around it are very beautiful. The next day we explored Charles Town, which is an attractive, interesting place. We went back towards Harper's Ferry on our way home and swam in the Potomac. It was a brief getaway, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place is very nice and the area offers many enjoyable things to do.

Peaceful respite
The owners did a fantastic job updating this property with various amenities and other thoughtful additions. The ductless A/C system kept us nice and cool and was very efficient. The climate-controlled sunroom, along with Trex deck, provided a beautiful view of the mountains and woods was super relaxing, especially at sunset. The steam shower with slate walls and rain shower head was like a 5-star spa. The neighborhood was quiet with private lake, and the Shenandoah River and access to Appalachian Trail were less than 5 minutes away. The wooded yard was nicely landscaped and perfect for dogs. We look forward to returning again soon.
