"There is no elevator. We were given a room on the second floor. (My husband has trouble with stairs)I couldn't get the heat to work and there was some sort of black dirt on the floor in front of the furnace. I spoke to the front desk and they quickly put us in a different room on the first floor and the heat worked great in that room. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was a nice treat, the only thing that could be improved on would be to add a protein to go with the waffles...

"Warning, there are NO rooms with balconies at this hotel, in spite of what Expedia says. We booked a room with a balcony, and when we arrived there was none. When I complained to the front desk, the attendant said “Let me guess you booked through Expedia. For some reason they have that you can request a balcony but we literally have no rooms with balconies in this hotel.” We were disappointed, but the hotel was nice otherwise. "
