At first my mom was feeling skeptical about staying in the area, but all was well. Michael and Jennifer were right upstairs in case we needed anything. Their place is right outside of Bryce Canyon as stated, would definitely stay here again. "

"We're do I start. The good, unit had great layout on the first floor. Nice recreation room with pool, hot tub, dry sauna, heated underground parking. The bad, bed sheets were stained all the way thrugh to the mattress pad. Did they even wash them? Mix match of old towels, and wash cloths. Minimal amount of the necessities, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent (3) for a 5 night stay. Cheap aluminum foil, scratch Teflon pans. Broken bar stool, ceiling tiles in bathroom would fall down...

"It dumped the day we arrived (17 in) and our front wheel drive vehicle didn’t make it up the drive to the condo (the chains on one of our tires broke so perhaps we would have made it up otherwise?) That being said, the condo was a great size for our group of nine and once we found the path, an easy walk right out to the middle of a beginner run that allowed access to all of Navajo. "The location was perfect for visiting Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon. After a busy day hiking, it was so nice to come back to the tiny house where it was so quiet and relaxing. "This unit is great. Exactly as advertised and had just what we needed. It was super clean and updated. The building itself is pretty run down-the elevator wasn’t working, holes in the ceiling with caution tape and warn carpet that seemed really dirty. The jacuzzi never really got warm and I never saw anyone at reception to ask any questions. We would stay here again because of the unit but the building needs some work. "
