"Check in was very quick. We arrived early and our room was ready! We were in the NEW tower and it was lovely, clean and the beds/pillows were top notch. Loved the free washer and dryer (and detergent) available to use- so convenient and not expected! loved the bikes to borrow free of charge. We also liked the filtered water stations to fill up our bottles on the way out to the beach or the next adventure. The beach is right across the street and we loved the easy 3 minute walk to the sand. Food options are also very close. The computers were down at check out time so we were unable to check out from our room and that held us up a bit since everyone else was also in the lobby to check out due to the same issue, but smiling, helpful, apologetic staff always makes this sort of thing better and it didn't take too long to be on our way. The staff was always smiling and friendly, even the pool towel person was pleasant. At first we thought the daily "resort" fee was a bit steep, but realizing it included parking (which was very close by), laundry facilities, bikes, a shuttle (3 miles in each direction), nightly live music by the pool, pickleball courts, and the pool- it actually didn't seem so bad after all. I also felt very safe. You need to use your wristband to access the lobby and then again to use the elevator to go to your floor. Thanks Maui Coast, we would love to come back again! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Kaua'i Coconut Beach Resort. The room was great (despite the too soft pillows) and the property was well equipped. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this resort to others."

"The property was very nice. We received an accessibility room on the fourth floor. We don't require an accessible room, however, I quite enjoyed the extra bars in the shower to hold on to in case of slippage. I did notice the shower had a moisturizer instead of a conditioner bottle which seemed strange to have in the shower. Otherwise, I was just missing a kettle and the room would have been perfect. The earplugs came in handy to sleep as the glass was single pane. All the staff were very kind and made our stay the best! Shoutout to Duane in the restaurant for some tips for things to do during our next trip to Hawaii."

"The Hyatt Regency of Waikiki exceeded my expectations! Our room was spacious, clean, high floor, and espectacular ocean view. The staff was helpful and sweet. I was there celebrating and birthday and they sent me chocolate cover strawberries with a basket full of goodies. I will come back and refer all friends there. "
