"Nice hotel, with comfortable beds. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Although the check in security deposit taken took 12 working days to refunded back after being told on check out its maximum 3 days to be refunded. The hold on this is definitely too long. For this reason I would not stay here again. Used the restaurant, nice food and clean, some staff friendly some felt like they couldn’t be bothered. "As a customer that had a disability, we ordered a room with a walk in shower 6 weeks before the day. On arrival I was told there were none left! The sports bar menu was very limited and pricey! The room looked dated. "
