"I wish I could give this hotel 100 stars. The location was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, the staff service was unbeatable, and the meal they prepared for us was delicious and memorable. The onsen area was clean and beautiful, and I would recommend to anyone to make the trip out to Heda. Truly a unique and special experience and I can’t wait to go back. "
"Extremely helpful staff and a great location close to the train station. Numazu has a number of great little restaurants and has easy connections to spots around Mt. Fuji"

I thought when it said natural hot spring that it would be in a natural setting. Shows you what I know. A person should also know that Japanese culture feels that a person should not wear bathing...
"This is my favorite Toyoko Inn. The staff are all very nice, the buffet breakfast is excellent and not crowded in the morning, the room is clean and quiet!"
