"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived to the hotel early and they held onto our luggage for us and called me when our room was ready (even earlier than the check-in time). And when we had an early flight the staff helped us get a ride to the airport quickly. The facilities are very clean, beautiful and accessible. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the subway, a parking garage and a lot of restaurants and bars. There is an attached piano bar that we were able to attend and listen to a live singer and a comedian. Overall, a great place to stay. "

"This hotel is close to Time Square, all the broadway shows, 5th ave, Empire State Building. You are able to walk everywhere from this hotel."

"What I specifically liked is how close you are to many of the main attractions to see in downtown by walking and even if it’s a little too much of a walk, the metro transportation is close by as well!"
