"Lovely staff - the Bulgarian lady who checked me in was very friendly and warm - excited that I was Bulgarian too and it made me feel nice. Super helpful too. The location is perfect and the hotel itself, although the rooms are not huge, is very comfortable."

"Beautifully decorated hotels. The 'cosy' rooms are quite dark and small so please reset your expectations. Nevertheless, the common area eg reception and bars were a highlight - luxurious yet cosy and the small touches eg mulled wine, jazz nights made up for the small rooms. The quality of the breakfast could be better, but I guess acceptable for London standard. "
