"A great place to stay in Central Oxford for a weekend, plus we needed to drop off luggage early and the contact was very helpful. Note that the hotel is unstaffed for large parts of the time, also being central it was quite noisy at night, but very cosy and clean. "

"My wife and I recently stayed at AbingPlough House. It’s a lovely period cottage with character and external cottage style thatched bedrooms forming a pretty terrace along side the main building. It’s run by new staff now for the last few months. I noticed that it was in need of a little TLC however, I spoke to the new manageress who I must say does everything from booking to cleaning, repairs and breakfast the best she could and was always at hand, she is very attentive to everything she does...

"HORRENDOUS. DO NOT BOOK. The room was dilapidated, with no coffee or TV and the shower did not work properly. “24 hour airport shuttle” was listed as an amenity; however, when we called to enquire as to how to access it were told to get an Uber. What staff we were able to reach were not at all helpful and / or unresponsive. There is no-one onsite to assist. Nightmare. AVOID AT ALL COST. "
