Nice hotel in a central location. We could walk to all the things we wanted to see. Our room was high up so we weren’t affected by the noisy crazy chaos outside. We were upgraded which was good as the first room they showed us was too small. There were a few things we pointed out as unsatisfactory, but the staff were very helpful and put things right immediately. The food was good. Excellent breakfast choices.

The breakfast and afternoon tea were very satisfying, and the hospitality of the staff was perfect. They were very friendly and attentive.
