Perfectly enjoyable hotel

Everyone working at White Lotus was fantastic! In the past, I’ve had quite the opposite impression at other hotels in Vietnam! A special thanks to Tammy starting my day with a smile and a laugh at breakfast !

It is a great hotel for the price. It is close to the city center and most of the facilities and functions you need are in the hotel and around it. The most impressive thing is the friendly staff. In the case of Ms. Tammy, I was very impressed by her friendly and attentive service in the breakfast restaurant. The counter staff were also very courteous. This is a hotel I would like to visit again when I go to Ho Chi Minh.

the hotel was was clean and comfortable. It was located in the middle of everything. The breakfast was varied and tasty. Every morning Tammy made me a special coffee, it was great. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. a special mention goes out to Tammy, Tina, Grace, Rose, Lindy and Phillip, through their kindness they made our visit special. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay, it was convenient, inexpensive, room was a good size especially in Asia, rooms cleaned timely daily, buffet breakfast had items you could order and they make it on the spot for you. Their staff were friendly too, reception would smile at you and say hi, Philip always greeted you with a smile opening the door and Tammy made a great omlette and Vietnamese iced coffee 😊

Loved my stay

Amazing and friendly staff. Their service was better than some other 3.5 star hotels I've stayed at before. I felt comfortable staying in my room or in the lobby when bored. Rooms were more comfortable than i had expected too.

This is a nice hotel with winderful staff. Mr. Phillip, our doorman was akways there to help us with our luggages. Ms. Rose was helpful and attentive with our check in . Ms. Teresa kept our room clean each day with housekeeping. We had great breakast every morning and Ms. Lindy and Ms. Tammy provided us with delicious food and amazing service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel.. Grace has exceptional English and I was very impressed with how much she went above and beyond for me to ensure my stay was pleasant.
