"Friendly Staff and good food as usual."

"Schönes altes Haupthaus mit Verbindung zum Neubau. Lage und Aussicht ist super. Spa ist schön, aber beim Hochbetrieb ist überfüllt. Die Liegen sind zu wenig. Sauna ist im extra Gebäude. Die Wellness- Handtücher sind zu klein. Die Zimmer sind arg klein, schräge Wände und mini TV. Essen war gut, aber im großen Restaurant waren die Leute zu laut! Für ein Kurztrip ist OK. "

"The decor in the suite is lovely. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. We stayed in the family suite and the second room did not have a door. The tea/coffee station in the suite is very limited. The breakfast offering is great, unfortunately the breakfast room is too narrow."

"The hotel is in a lovely location, surrounded by nature. Although, it is secluded and its facilities are the only ones in the area. It makes it a unique opportunity to take a morning walk through the woods and breathe fresh air just before entering the old guesthouse building to enjoy breakfast. "Basically the hotel restaurant was not open. We checked in and the owner disappeared. We felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. It was a. Dry strange experience. We had a mini bar in our room, but basically it was a trip into nearest town 7k away to get provisions. When we checked out in the morning, we were asked for payment . I explained and showed evidence that we had pre paid. Hotel clearly not used to bookings from Expedia. It was a little uncomfortable for all to say the least."
