"my experience was generally positive. my room was comfortable if a bit sparse and minimalistic. the room rate seemed to be on the high side for the level of comfort but i may be out of date on London prices. the buffet breakfast was just about ok but I would have expected better. I would have expected a better quality offering bearing in mind the cost of the room."

"The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring London. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and had plenty of options. Only small downsides were that the room decor is a bit dated as noted by other reviews, particularly in the bathrooms, and the breakfast space is too small for the number of people there on the weekends.
