Booked a windowless room as was only there for one night & the room was so lovely it didn’t even make a difference, colour changing LED mood lighting, decent aircon, comfortable beds. So close to the major train stations too. Would definitely stay again! "

"Hotel is nicely situated convenient to Terminal 4. Has easy train access to other terminals at Heatrow as well. They do have light foods to choose from at night but is next door to a main course restaurant for those that prefer a more elegant meal"

"This hotel is very smoothly run. All staff was friendly and welcoming. There also is a dedicated greeter at the entrance and he could not have been nicer. The breakfast was wonderful and the dining room was beautiful. "
