"The shower was luke warm on a daily basis. Coffee maker was pretty bad but at least there was one. What made the property special is a lot of places to eat from cheap to expensive - and even thouhg you are on Canal you are right on the edge of a fancier part so it's less crazy. There is a beautiful terrace overlooking Mahhattan they should turn into a breakfast place or restaurant. I actually liked how lively the lobby was and how warmly you got greeted by everyone working there - that was...

"The hotel is close to the bus stop and subway. The room was what the image showed on the website - two queens side by side, and it worked for our family of two adults and two kids. The staff was helpful and kind."
