Comfortable cottage in a beautiful area
Jasmine cottage has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay away from home. I went with my daughters, and a small dog, to explore the area and do plenty of walking. November is a great time to go. The beaches are mostly empty. Bird life is amazing. There are lots of trails as well as the Norfolk coastal path. I am vegan and one daughter is veggie. There is a great cafe on the beach in Old Hunstanton that has great choices. RSPB sites close by. The beaches are wonderful to walk on. The cottage is warm and the beds comfortable. The shower was a bit weak, but adequate. Bill and Vicky have equipped the cottage with everything you need. We had a really lovely stay.

Brilliant cottage
We loved the cosiness of the cottage, and the fantastic garden which our Springer Spaniel raced around in. The location to the beach and local pub was brilliant. We will definitely be back.

Easy to find, lovely garden, fab location. Lounge very gloomy and sofa dominates the room.and is not very comfortable. Other rooms ok. Need chairs in bedrooms.

Holme from Home!
Our 3rd stay at Jasmine Cottage and 6th visit to Norfolk. Would have been more but for Covid restrictions. My friend and I (and a dog each) love the cottage and area. For us it’s perfect, long walks on the beach then short walk to the pub. The cottage is homely, dog friendly and has everything you need Which is why we keep coming back!

Perfect location
Cottage was absolutely lovely and a great location for a stay at the beach! Fantastic secure garden for our dogs to enjoy. Inside the cottage had everything you could ever need for a home away from home! Had no issues with the shower room at all, great use of space. Stars at night were incredible and the beach goes on forever. Loved it here.

The cottage and garden were perfect for us, loved our surroundings, peaceful walks with the dogs ( tho they became a little noisy with other dog walkers). The biggest dissapointment was distance to the beach and trekking over the sand dunes. Not a problem if we were all 10yrs younger, but overall beautiful.

Wonderful Location
A great village to stay, and super close to a glorious beach and a better than average, but expensive pub! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, but, given the price we paid, I would have expected the kitchen to have salt & pepper mills, cling film, and some coffee. The oven is exceptionally noisy once you have switched it off and some of the dishes in the drawn under the oven were absolutely filthy. The downstairs shower room stank, no matter what we tried, and the pressure from the shower was not that good. Upstairs, the water pressure in the main bathroom was useless. The garden was nice and the BBQ was an added bonus. There was no welcome letter / pack just some hand written notes blu-tacked to the wall. Again, given what I paid, it just seemed a little lacking in customer care. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely quiet location
Quiet location, 6 minutes walk to the beach. Ideal for walking along the coast. We parked the car and enjoyed the cottage facilities, lovely enclosed garden. The weather was good we went walking every morning, and chilled out in the garden. Enjoyed sitting in the conservatory in the cooler evening. Peaceful location, only noise was from a few passing cars and the sound of horses hooves along the road. Pub nearby, but no shops. We had a Tesco food delivery. Used the BBQ and mostly enjoyed the garden sitting reading and relaxing. Loved the house, lots of DVDs, books and games to choose from it was well stocked. Lovely place to chill and relax.

break away
Had a lovely time in the cottage it was well equipped and felt like home from home. The extra room for washing/drying etc was brilliant and didn't have a problem with the walk in shower although small it was functional. my only critic but on a personal level was the beds seemed very soft. When we arrived we were not aware that the local pub was closed for refurbishment which was a shame as we wished to walk around the village rather than having to drive at night. If this could have been relayed by the owners before we arrived it would have helped. The facilities were wonderful, a lovely place to stay and would consider staying here again.

Perfect location, close to the beach, pubs & shops
This is our 2nd time at this property. Beautiful cottage in a perfect location, close to the beach, pubs & shops. Well equipped with everything you coild possibly need. The addition of the new wet room has certainly added to this cottage, however it wasn't key to our return. We will be booking again.

We have just returned from a very relaxing 4 days at the cottage . It is ideally situated for long dog walks , either in Land or on the beach . The amenities at the cottage are excellent and it has everything you’d need for your stay . We will be returning in the new year to experience more of the surrounding area .

Lovely cottage in perfect location
This is my second stay at this cottage and I love it. I really don't understand the negative reviews. The cottage is clean, the beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped, there is a lovely conservatory and a good size garden. The refurbished downstairs bathroom looks good and the shower is great. This is an old cottage and as such doesn't have high water pressure but it is more than adequate. I really think that the people moaning should perhaps look at booking more modern properties

Cosy cottage
Excellent holiday. This is our second visit two adults and three dogs. Weather was kind to us. We managed to take advantage of the garden which was well fenced and totally safe for the dogs. The cottage was warm enough that we didn’t need to light the wood burner. Kitchen well stocked. Lounge cosy and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. USB charging station on the landing very very useful. Ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach (or five minutes to the White Horse pub depending on the time of day).Turn left on the long sandy beach (dog friendly). Walk 2 km to the Beach Cafe for an amazing breakfast. Walk back through the sand dunes. We’ve already booked again for next year.
