"Nice hotel with affordable rates. The staff were really nice. My room was clean. Be mindful that the hotel is doing renovations so they do not have breakfast currently, but a good local coffee shop is a 2 block walk. I love the location... 3 to 6 minute walk to everything including the beaches. I would stay here again on my next trip."

"I don't know how this property is rated as 3-star because in reality it is 5. We had a large room with 2 beds, work desk, large TV, small fridge and microwave and good sized bathroom with plenty of counter space and a nice shower. Everything is like brand new. Plus they have a nice gym, lobby, bar and breakfast area, an outdoor lounge and parking. There was nothing to complain about. Everything was great from the physical property to the staff. "The property is very large as advertised. The pool was dirty and not heated. The owner charges extra to heat the pool. The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave. "We stayed in the property at Christmas while visiting family. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities we needed. My kids enjoyed all the light from all the windows. I especially appreciated the holiday decorations, which were such a thoughtful touch. We will stay again when we all visit."

"We hosted all of our adult children and their spouses, 8 of us total. Each room has a private bathroom! Huge plus with an all adult group. The back patio was stunningly beautiful.
