"The property is very large as advertised. The pool was dirty and not heated. The owner charges extra to heat the pool. The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave. There’s a large black mesh fence directly in front of the pool which takes away from the aesthetics’s and is not in the listing photo. Only a few towels to use for three bathrooms and a pool. "The house was spectacular and in an excellent location to celebrate our daughter's graduation. It was equipped with everything we needed. Also, parking availability made it easy for us with 2 cars inside the garage and 3 in the driveway. The roof top was a great place to watch the sunset each evening. This place provided us with cherished memories that will not be forgotten."
