"A family event. The hotel was lovely, the staff warm and welcoming. The food was good, the restaurants were good, the staff attentive. Only comment is that its overrated and overpriced. And the services are nickel and dimed. The resort fee cannot be redeemed through their silly discounts. "

"The staff were friendly and courteous - going the extra mile to keep us in the same room for an impromptu second night. Beach toys were available to borrow. I was able to park at the location for free while exploring the area before check-in and also received a text letting me know when the room was available, which was earlier than the listed check-in time. Appreciated all of these little things when evacuating our home due to the Los Angeles fires. "

"We stayed in the property at Christmas while visiting family. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities we needed. My kids enjoyed all the light from all the windows. I especially appreciated the holiday decorations, which were such a thoughtful touch. We will stay again when we all visit."

"We enjoyed our 2 nite stay. The only noise was from PCH, its busy and loud traffic. We picked it because of the ability to walk to the beach, some good food options and a grocery store as well. Surfside is a pretty low key beach community and we’d probably stay there again.. "

"The location of the property could not be any better and the house was great for our group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms... with a great roof top deck and game room. The house was walking distance to all sorts of restaurants. Just a few things to keep in mind... There are a LOT of stairs, so be mindful if you have a toddler. With the exception of pepper & salt shakers and coffee filters, if you want to cook you will need to bring EVERYTHING. There is no butter, oil, etc. Bring your...
