"We came for our anniversary weekend and it was incredible. We were able to relax and unwind. We love exploring each Omni bc they are always unique to the city they’re in. The valet guys don’t get paid enough. They handled a massive flow of traffic and cars. Despite the rude guests- we witnessed two occasions of absolute rudeness on a guest’s part and the valet employees handled the situations with grace and smiles. Your employees work HARD. "

"Even though I may have picked the right hotel in the wrong part of Texas, I wasn’t expecting to be in Irving Texas, but I am very glad I did. That was my first time booking a trip not knowing that there was two airports. The overall experience was great. Five stars room service respected my do not disturb sign. I flew solo just to do a getaway from Chicago. The vending machine wasn’t too far from my room. There were cameras in the hallway that made it feel safe the breakfast every morning was always fresh nicely restocked and on time the room temperature was just right. I was there for four days and I barely wanted to leave my room due comfortability the front desk was very exceptional and helpful. I will come back this time. I will fly into DFW to get shuttle service directly to the hotel but overall I appreciate the hospitality"
