"This hotel was great! Extremely clean; rooms were very quiet and even with the city view we had a view of the lake; central location; helpful staff; Amuse is a great little restaurant/bar in the lobby; right across the street from the stairs down to the river walk; close to Navy Pier and can walk to shopping on Michigan Ave. Perfect for our long weekend stay."

"Rocky was awesome and gave us great recommendations. Check in lady was nice and had no issues. Only issue we had was the bar. My husband waiting a good 30 min with no acknowledgment and it wasn’t busy. This happened 2 nights in a row. Someone from the food area noticed he hadn’t been helped and helped him get his drink. Super disappointing and not sure what that was about since other people were getting served with no issues. Other than that everything else was great. "
