"This small hotel is clean and friendly. The food is all freshly prepared and cooked for each order. It was very tasty and well presented. Owners and staff are friendly and welcoming. They also welcome, for a small charge, well behaved dogs which is great if you own a pet that you cannot leave at home with someone else. Our little dog loved the area and there was a nice walk close by. "

"We stayed for a weekend with a group of friends for a wedding in the area and 74 By The Sea was a really lovely base for our few days in Hythe. The house is spacious (we were 8 adults!), with 2.5 bathrooms and plenty of common areas for sitting together. The house is decorate to a very high standard and kept spotless. It’s just a few minutes to the sea front from the house, the high street was charming and the area quiet. Would recommend to anyone!"

"We were travelling through the southern part of England to visit family and discovered this wonderful property in Hythe. It was close to where we wanted to visit and very comfortable. We loved the musically themed decor! Any questions we had were quickly answered by Steven. We enjoyed our walks around the village as well as our walks to the beach.
