"Excellent and friendly staff, always eager to help with any questions. Shuttle is great. Loved that the ski rental shop is right in the hotel. I wish the hot springs was a bit bigger and had more amenities but it was a nice way to relax after a day of skiing. The bar and restaurant is not open during the day which we didn’t realize.
