"There was only one staff and no concierge to help us to take our luggages to our room. Apart from running under low staff with limited extra request available to the hotel, the available staff did what they could to help us to get extra pillow at night. Appreciate for her effort. "

"It was in a perfect location for us to fly in from country NSW, $30 cab fare between airport & motel, walk to and from a concert at the Factory Theatre, then fly home in the morning. A quick trip but everything was well up to standard and we'll definitely stay again."

"A comfy bed, shower and a toilet. Aircon and a TV that worked. We walked down the road to The Southern Cross pub for dinner and walked back for the evening. If you’re a big coffee or tea drinker you can ask for more milk pods or like I do, bring my own UHT milk. Due to my history of many Dr and hospital appointments we are seasoned IBIS visitors For the price we are happy to revisit "

"I could pay extra and park onsite which was a big plus for me. I would prefer if there was a BBQ or other means to cook a casual meal as I have difficulty walking to cafe's and going out to eat. The staff were very helpful and super friendly."
