"Modern and excellent. Ørestad is a great stop that has both subway and trains, making it super easy to get anywhere in Copenhagen. I actually liked staying away from the “downtown core” / touristy area where you get to go back at the end of a long day away from the hustle bustle and also in a safe and easy to get to area. Hotel was clean and got everything one would need. "

"Great location if you need somewhere close to the airport for an early flight. Metro and Trains all walking distance. We spent our last night in Copenhagen here due to an early morning flight and it was very handy. Only 20min into Kongens Nytorv so we were still able to enjoy the city before we left. We were only here to sleep, however just some things to note: - The room temp stays at 20C and you can only change by 2 degrees either direction temporarily. This meant the room was too warm...

"I was late to check in due to a delayed flight so missed the staff however they were so useful on the phone and allowed me to check in late. They then checked I was okay the following morning. "The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."
