"Was really convenient for visiting Snape Maltings for an evening concert. Room overlooking the golf course was clean and quiet, plenty of parking on site, would certainly use as a base for visiting an outstandingly beautiful are of Suffolk again in the near future."

"The staff were polite , helpful , friendly and informative , the food was delicious both the evening meal and breakfast , the pool facilities were great including a hot tub and steam room. The gym has plenty of equipment to use. The bedroom was adequate though the bed could do with a new mattress. The bathroom was good. The outside of the hotel could do with maintenance , updating, repairing and looking after. The decor on the inside however has some beautiful features, furniture and ornaments. "

The customer service here was truly amazing, such helpful friendly staff that go completely out your way especially as it was our first trip away from home with a baby! We can’t thank the staff here enough for making our stay wonderful! "The interiors are well thought out, decorated with quality and often unusual items. I especially loved the Lloyd loom dressing table chair on castors, presumably once an office chair. Really comfortable bed and chairs in the room, lovely toiletries, good tea, coffee and biscuits selection. We were very lucky to have a marina facing room with a little balcony. We had a couple of drinks on room service, all very prompt. The bar area was a lovely area to relax in the evening and the restaurant was busy, bustling and cosy. We didn’t have dinner but did have a lovely breakfast. The staff are fabulous. Discreet, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t fault the service here, some of the best I’ve experienced. We would definitely stay again. "
