"Rooms were small but clean with all the amenities. Great location in Shinjuku (about a 8-10 min walk to Shinjuku station) but close to all the amazing madness. Continental breakfast included and free drinks (alcoholic and non) from 5-9pm. Would definitely recommend for people to stay here! "

"Extremely convenience, a short walk from bus to and from Narita or Haneda airport, taxi, or the train station. Walkable to multiple shopping, night clubs, restaurants, eateries, Don quijote is literally right in front of the building. The building is even attached to the little shopping mall if you don't want to step outside the cold. Room is a bit "small" for American's standards but perfectly for Japanese's standards. Staffs are polite and efficient (as most things in Japan). Bathroom has the toilet and bathtub very close to each other. Overall a great location for everything if this is your first time in Japan! Oh, I was assigned on the 21st floor, got to see the dinasaur head from my window's view and the Shinjuku's train station view from the elevator. "

"We stayed at The Knot, Shinjuku for our last two nights in Tokyo (total of 16 day stay in Japan). We found the location of the hotel perfect, really convenient and located right next to a lovely park. The hotel itself is rated three-stars which both my partner and I were surprised at, considering how sleek the interiors were. Check in was super fast and one of the staff helped us through. The room was spacious with plenty of room to spread out our multiple suitcases (when we had to repack for our return flight. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant with some drinks for our final evening in Tokyo. The food was fresh, delicious and we were served generous portions. We were waited on by a gentleman by the name of Mukesh who was stupendous, a real credit to the hotel! Thank you for having us, we are already planning on visiting Japan again in 2026 - we will definitely visit your hotel again! - Chris & Sarah (Scotland)."

"This hotel is amazing but be warned it is right on the outter layer of the "REDLIGHT" area. You have to walk through the hot spots to get just about anywhere. "
