"We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/heated pool and jacuzzi. There was also an outdoor patio area which was nice, but the firepit was not connected or usable. On our first night (Thursday, December 26th), we ventured to the bar at 9:30pm, and the bar tender quickly and rudely told us that the bar would be closing at 10. "The best part of our stay was the staff, especially Sammy, who truly stood out with exceptional service. However, we were disappointed that the cleaning staff knocked on our door in the morning to ask when we were leaving, despite us clearly stating our departure time at check-in. Unfortunately, this woke us up and disrupted our rest."
