"Didn't use the swimming pool but used the nice little gym. Friendly and polite staff, a lot of food places around, walkable distance to shopping places, next to a metro station - city hall. Clean and tidy room, love the bidet, comfortable stay, strong heating, very warm, had to open some window. Snowed when we stayed, pretty around, not blocked by high buildings. "Everything’s okay. But my son’s room had a strange encounter - it is strange to hear people knocking the room door from outside from soft to hard knocks, and upon opening it, no one was outside the corridor.( Happened for one night) Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite the strange occurrence. "

"Had a last minute layover in Seoul and most of the hotels were fully booked. Travelodge Dongdaemun is a 5-10 minute walk from the heart of Dongdaemun and a 10-minute walk to Gwangjang Market. If you take transit, it’s a few bus stops or few subway stations away from Myeongdong. Airport limousine bus 6001 has a stop across the street at Baiton Hotel. The staff here are very helpful. "Our stay at The Prima Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff gave us a warm welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel is clean, cozy and well maintained. "Loved staying in this hotel. Central to literally everything in myeongdong area. Very quiet rooms though in the busiest area of town. Only catch is it is not convient if you have large bags and suitcases, as there are no taxis. Hotel managers were incredibly helpful to help me back to the bus station with my luggage. Thank you so much for that. "

"The room looked exactly like the pictures. I liked the layout of the room where the toilet is in a separate space from the shower area and had its own little sink. I chose to not have my room cleaned daily. The hotel still provided new towels by leaving them neatly, along with water and amenities, in a nice clean bag in front of my room every day. The breakfast, which I paid for along with the room through Expedia for a good price, had a wide variety of options. The buffet included different types of eggs, soups, congee, vegetables, fruits, and cereals. There’s definitely something for everyone. Staff very polite and helpful. Location was exceptional. Right in the middle of Myeongdong with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and night market. Also very close to the airport shuttle and 2 different metro lines. I travel quite a bit and have to say this was one of my favorite hotels given the price to quality (including convenience) ratio. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Seoul. "

"My first time in Korea and I couldn’t have asked for a better location! EVERYONE was very helpful and hospitable. The hotel was located in a very central area-close to restaurants, transportation, and city life in Seoul. I felt very safe because there were police officers everywhere-especially at night. The ONLY glitch of the hotel was the shower curtain could be washed or replaced because it omitted a slight mildewy smell, but that’s it. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is about 15 minutes from the Myeongdong Street Market/Food Street. There are a lot of good food around the area as well. The staff is super nice and extremely helpful. Whenever I needed something to be clarified or translated, they would assist and call or help look up different things/places for me. They provide a luggage delivery to the airport if need be as well as help look for transportation for you. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Had an exceptional stay at L'escape. The design and ambience of the hotel and suite is one of a kind. Not to mention the size of the suite is very large compared to the hotels around Seoul. The staff are also so professional and attentive. Location wise, it's conveniently located central to the landmarks and Myong Dong. Definitely will return! "

"We had such great experiences to stay at this hotel. All staffs were very helpful to answer our questions & fulfill our reasonable requests. I have two constructive suggestions: #1. Expand the laundry room with more washing machines & dryers. #2. Enhance the front desk staffs’ knowledge on hotel tax refund. The hotel will need to provide the tax refund form to get the refund at the airport. However, the staffs only mentioned that the airport staff would have helped without providing me the the hotel stay tax refund form. I failed to get the tax refund at the airport because of this ><."
