"The hotel wasn’t the same as the pictures condition wise, very run down, room wasn’t as clean as expected for its star rating, games room facilities were broken, breakfast options were very limited. For the price we paid and star it’s rated was expecting was more from the hotel "

Wir waren als Familie mit insgesamt vier Zimmern angereist. Schon bei der Ankunft begann der Ärger: Zum Check-in mussten wir je nach Person zwischen 20 Minuten und einer Stunde an der Rezeption warten.
Dann der nächste Schock – unsere Zimmer lagen verteilt auf die 1. und 3. Etage. Bei 40 °C Außentemperatur war der Aufzug außer Betrieb. Das bedeutete: Koffer und Taschen selbst schleppen und täglich mehrmals die Treppen hoch und runter.
Das Gebäude ist – bis auf die Zimmer – nicht klimatisiert....
