Room was comfortable and clean, we were disappointed with the bathroom, there is mould on the ceiling and the shower mixer tap had the central section missing which would have shown how it worked (room 8 on group floor. "Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution.
