Excellent hotel, close to all the main tourist sights. Excellent customer service from the whole team, very friendly and really want to make your stay memorable. Breakfast is brilliant, such a great selection, colourful, tasty etc. Hotel transfer is a must, million times better than the standard taxis and for onky a nominal difference. The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast staff especially so, big shout out to them. The chef is to be commended for his breakfast choices of the little dishes. Hotel beautiful, walking distance for everything. Very quirky hotel. Definitely would stay here again. The only niggle i can think of was that the mattress was on the hard side but thats my own personal preference.

Hotel Poem is a gem that my family have been visiting continously for the last 2 years. You should stay there for two reasons: location and people. Location is in the very heart of the historic center, yet it is quiet and relaxing. People are amazing: from front desk, to breakfast to cleaning crew. Awesome location close to the mosques, and the grand bazaar. Super friendly staff, the highlight being the massive Turkish breakfast. Only small downside was that our room was too small for two ppl, with no place for two large suitcases.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of historic dist

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Hotel poem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was not so comfortable but the overall feel of this boutique hotel made up for it. The hotel is nicely located on a quiet street but only one block from many restaurants and very close to major attractions. Highly recommend hotel poem
