Péssimo. O hotel era sujo, cheirava mofo, tinha um tijolo no lugar do pé da cama do meu filho. Fui tomar banho e não tinha toalhas de banho. Nunca imaginei que um hotel em frente ao Beto Carreiro pudesse ser tão ruim. E ainda quando fui questionar o mau cheiro com o atendente do hotel, o mesmo disse que as janelas dos quartos ficavam fechadas para não entrar mosquitos. Foi o pior hotel que fiquei em toda a minha vida! Não recomendo para ninguém.

O local está longe de ser um hotel de início a recepção é terrível, funcionários sem paciência e sem receptividade alguma, o local está caindo aos pedaços todos os ambientes tem umidade e cheiro de mofo, a cama de casal era impossível de se dormir pois parecia um colchão de molas Velho achado na rua, as cobertas fediam a usadas como se passa-se de um hóspede ao outro sem serem lavadas, o banheiro não tô já se quer um pano no chão para sair do banho, o café da manhã o pior da vida, o básico eles não tinham que seria um pão francês fresquinho; os pães eram todos velhos e duros, não haviam xícaras para o café apenas copos de plástico, o presunto sempre melado, a panela com ovos mexidos estava imunda e vazia sempre, eu pedia ovo direto na cozinha pq era a única coisa comestível no café; no quarto era impossível ter um sono de qualidade primário pelo cheiro insuportável de mofo e segundo pq é muito barulho, não existe acústica nos quartos eu escutava absolutamente tudo que falavam e faziam no andar de cima e a rua ao lado de fora era de pedras então as pessoas passavam com as malas de rodinha fazendo maior esporro. Hotel fica num local perfeito mas precisa de um empresário que queira investir pra demolir aquilo e construir um verdadeiro hotel do 0 pq aquilo ali foi a pior experiência da minha vida.

hotel embora bem localizado, mar muito ruim, ficamos no quarto andar e nao tem elevador, chuveiro ruim nao esquenta bem a agua, pior sai pouca agua e o banho fica demorado, pia para lavar o rosto dentro do box, quarto super apertado, sem armario as malas ficava em cima da cama extra, sem cabides para pendurar roupa, tv somente um canal, toalhas de ma qualidade, sem tapete no chão do banheiro, de bom só os funcionarios.

Não ficaria novamente no hotel.
A única coisa que favorece é ser próximo ao parque Beto, mas o quarto que ficamos deixa muito a desejar, internet não funcionava, televisão não funcionava, desci na recepção para pedir ajuda com a Tv, estou esperando até hoje alguém aparecer, não tem chuveiro a gás é chuveiro simples elétrico, não possui sabonete nem shampoo e toalhas em pessimo estado de conservação, tinha uma que estava até rasgada, vale mais a pena você ficar hospedado em balneário, bombinhas ou até mesmo itajai que tem opções melhores e ir de carro até o Beto.

Passei duas noites, a porta da sacada estava emperrada, não foi possível utilizá-la, pois a solução que deram foi de fechar por completo, sem arrumá-la. A fronha do travesseiro com algumas manchas. O chuveiro não esquentava direito. A entrada do estacionamento foi bem mal feota, muito apertada e perigosa. Não me senti confortável, nem bem recepcionada, não voltarei.

Arrependimento na escolha da hospedagem.
Hotel sem papel higiênico no banheiro, sem um tapete ou pano para sair do box, tampa da privada quebrada, corrimão emendado com fita crepe, enferrujado, corredores sujos, tv do quarto não funcionava, sem janelas no quarto, sem cobertores, faltou uma toalha e quando fomos pedir disseram que não tinha. Enfim, não recomendo de forma nenhuma.

As fotos expostas são muito diferentes do quarto que ficamos, a porta da sacada não abria, porém tinha umas fretas e estava muito vento na noite que passamos lá, por esse motivo tive que colocar uma fita isolante para vedar, que o hotel mesmo me emprestou. Os atendentes do estacionamento muito grosseiros, pois ficam atrás de volume de carro para encher o estacionamento e não atendem direito que já está lá. Chuveiro não esquenta muito, restaurante razoável. Para quem tem criança pequena deixa muito a desejar.

Tirando o atendente do primeiro dia, que fez o seu melhor, o hotel é horrível. Condições precárias de higiene e manutenção. O primeiro quarto estava sujo e com balde, rodo e materiais de limpeza jogados no quarto. O segundo chovia dentro do quarto pelo vazamento na janela.

Recebi um quarto com chuveiro frio, gavetas de armarios sujas, lencois e toalhas bem surrados, apos reclamar me trocaram de quarto.as fotos nao condizem com as fotos mostradas no site. Pra descarregar malas e subir pro quarto nao tem coberta, se estiver chovendo é péssimo. Sao prestativos no atemdimento. Senti o hotel largado, uma pena, esta na entrada do parque.

Para o meu perfil de pessoa, não voltaria.
A simpatia dos funcionários não compensa a qualidade da estrutura. Precisa urgente de modernização. Móveis quebrados. Odor estranho. Sem acessibilidade. Sem elevador. Restaurante sujo. Tira a vintade comer. Quartos infestados de pernilongos. Jogos de cama e banho totalmente desgatados de uso e manchados. Travesseiros duros. Trocamos de quarto 3 vezes. O primeiro por edtar no terceiro andar e nao ter elevador, alem da pia que era dentro do box. O segundo, o chuveiro não esquetava e tinha cheiro de fio queimado, remendos de fita isolante e entupido de crostas em seus furos. O último foi por falta de opção. Não dava nem vontade de registrar as coisas. Torcendo para as noites passarem rápidas ja que estavamos no parque. Ao inves de construir o novo ao lador. Mordenizem o antigo primeiro!

Não recomendo!
O hotel está muito mal conservado. Não é só um hotel simples… o registro do chuveiro tem fita isolante, o chão do banheiro está com azulejo solto e quebrado (o que pode causar um grave acidente), as toalhas tem um aspecto ruim (encardida), cortinas apoiadas no ar condicionado, porque está quebrada, a maçaneta da porta de entrada sai na sua mão… Pedimos uma coberta a mais porque estava muito frio e nos entregaram uma coberta fedida! Enfim, está abandonado. A única coisa boa é que o chão estava limpo, as camas e o banheiro (apesar do cheiro de esgoto). Outro ponto muito bom é que fica exatamente em frente ao Beto Carrero e é possível ir andando. Só isso!
